各式各樣的才藝班，許許多多的孩子必須從小小小時期就要補這個、補那個，而忘了健康的身體會伴隨他們一輩子的成長
孩童們的活動力、學習力、專注力與協調性在這個階段可以有很好的養成，漫長的讀書與工作月歲的未來，何不給他們一個愉快、有活力的童年呢
在新竹TOUGH MMA神武格鬥運動館中，孩童們的課程也是可以親子一起進行的唷！

Taiwan BJJ held its year-end promotions on December 21, 2012, advancing five guys to the rank of blue and one to the rank of purple after many years of hard work and sweat.
A big shout out goes to Jerry Cheng, Allen Cheng, Micheal Williams, Warren Shih, Hannibal Wu and A-mao Yu for attaining the rank of blue. Peter Wong, after many years of hard work, got his purple belt. Billy Hsieh went a notch up receiving his yellow belt. A big congrations to all the guys on all their hard work!

這次參加了香港巴西柔術公開賽之外也參與了阿布達比的樍分賽，恭喜眾多台灣巴西柔術學院的好手為自己取得優異的成績！
Taiwan BJJ sent a big crew from Taipei and Taichung to compete in two competitions held in Hong Kong December 14-15, 2012 -- the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-jiutsu (WPJJ) Championship and Store Copa de Hong Kong. A number of guys place with some taking first in their categories.
A big hand goes out to Demitri Telfair, Justin Lee, Sia Moajher, Yu Lin, Jerry Cheng, Thomas Wong, and A-kai Lin for representing Taiwan BJJ in Hong Kong at the WPJJ and Storm Kimono's Copa de Hong Kong 2012. 以前呢...受傷了，或許年輕力壯恢復得快，現在隨著年齡從一字頭...轉二字頭...再轉入三字頭後，發現僅管是輕微的運動傷害，後續的隱隱作痛時間越來越常，也認真開始執行傷後的復健動作；有些人來武館詢問課程總是會問到會不會受傷，我只能說我們會盡力做好任何可能的防護措施(熱身、技術教學和收操伸展)，但無法保證你一定都不會造成傷害，國民運動之一籃球也可能造成受傷，游泳、跑步甚至是你走路逛街，都有可能因為種種因素而造成或大或小的傷害，那麼如果擔心傷害造成待在家裡就萬無一失了嗎？我想這答案...大家能理解的 :)
最近在看各式各樣訓練和防護的課程與文章，首先要謝謝學員SCOTT A.如果沒有他的建議：新竹有開設短時數的CPR心肺復甦術和AED傻瓜電擊器的小型宣導課程，不然我可能又漸漸遠離了我之前的目標(運動防護員)。
我們都知道運動對我們很好，鍛鍊肌肉也對人體很重要(不是指把自己變成金剛芭比)，並且體適能課程、健身教練課程在坊間也有很多專業資訊可以獲得，只是往往 用自己想法在練習的人也佔有一定的比例，為了避造成更多、更大或是隱性的運動傷害，先來注意一下錯誤的姿勢與施力點會造成什麼樣的嚴重性傷害，下次在進行 重量訓練或是交叉訓練時，也多注意一下相關細節，可以協助你提升訓練的效果。

Jeff "The Machine" Huang unleashed a pulverizing rain of knees to demolish his opponent just 19 seconds into the first round of his MMA debut in PRO 7, held on July 29, 2012 in Luxy in Taipei. Hit the "Read More" for pics and a vid of the carnarge.
In the third match of the night, Jeff went up against Sunil Rajandran, a Muay Thai fighter hailing from Malaysia. Rajandran attemped a quick left jab just after the two fighters touched gloves, but Huang was unphased and immediately went to work, establshing a nice clinch and then letting his Muay Thai knees go to work. After a slavo of punshing knees and punches and kicks, a right hand slam to the side of the head sealed the deal as Rajandran went to the mat and the ref stepped the fight -- all within 19 seconds from the start of the match.

超過百名選手一同參與2012年的台灣國際巴西柔術錦標賽，並且除了台灣的選手外還有多位來自香港、日本、歐美的多位好手參加。
Over 100 competitors from five countries competed in the 2012 Taiwan International BJJ / No-Gi Tournament held on July 21-22, 2012 in Taipei. It's on! Register now for the 2012 Taiwan International BJJ / No-Gi Tournament!
The tournament will be held in Taipei, Taiwan from July 21-22, 2012 at the National Taiwan University Sports Center. A Gi competition will be held on July 21 and a No-gi competition on July 22 with both events beginning at 09:30. Weigh-in will occur on the day of each event. Detailed weigh-in times will be announced on 7/18. The Gi tournament will follow IBJJF rules.
The registration fee is NT$2,000 for both the Gi and No-gi events or NT$1,300 for just one of the events. The cutoff date for registration is July 13, so please sign up early to ensure your placement. We will not be accepting walk-in registrations. Payment is accepted only online via a PayPal account or credit card.
If you register by July 6, 2012 you get a free T-shirt and the fee is only NT$1,500 for both events or just NT$975 for one of them.

巴西柔術（Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu，簡稱BJJ）是巴西知名武術，起源於日本傳統的柔術。有別於一般武藝，巴西柔術重視策略及降服技巧，暴力元素較少，女性、小朋友甚至 老人家也可參與。而它特別着重地板扭鬥及槓桿原理，透過控制對手的關節如鎖技和窒息技來制伏對手，身形嬌小的人亦能打敗高大對手。而招式的自由度極大，除 了插眼等傷人行為外，大部分動作亦可以使用，表現出個人風格。
這 項運動的活動量大，既可訓練身手，又能強身健體。除了可加強靈活性，大部分動作都能重點鍛煉腹肌、背肌和肩膀位置，有助修飾身形；而巴西柔術很多時都要動 用全身的肌肉，可加速新陳代謝，有效消除脂肪，適合減肥人士。據教練Silvio與Rodrigo的多年經驗，他們有感「習武」後集中力提升，分析力亦較 強，對工作及生活帶來良好影響：「巴西柔術講求冷靜與即時反應，因此需十分專注並迅速分析形勢，從而令集中力和分析力提升。」
