Once payment has been made your registration will be processed. . Registrations are not recorded without payment.
If you enter more than one division ie Juniors/ Adults or Masters/ Adults you must register and pay twice.
There are no refunds if you do not make weight , cancel your entry or are late for your division call time

COMPETITOR INFORMATION
Start time see schedule below, you can enter the mall at 8:00am. Be on time for the weigh in, once your division starts we will not wait for players to weigh in.

SATURDAY May 18 - Gi Competition
WEIGH IN SCHEDULE GI - athletes to wear Gi and belt. Please Note the Kids / Teens BJJ competition in Gi will be held on Sunday.

9:00am - Brown / Black Belts
9:30am - White / Belts
10:30am - Blue belts
11:00am - Purple

GI Attire
All Black ,White , Blue or Pink for Ladies see Gi specifications for patchs and length in the rules section.

SUNDAY May 19 - No Gi competition

Please note this year all competitors must wear the proper rash guard which reflects their belt level.
WEIGH IN SCHEDULE: NO GI - Weigh in with rash guard and shorts (no t-shirts).
Please note day change for kids / teens divisions

8:30 am - Kids / Teens Divisions BJJ
9:00 am - Juniors / Womens / Masters
9.30 am - Advanced (Purple & Brown) and Elite (Black ) Divisions
10.00 am -Basic (White belt)
10.30 am - Intermediate Divisions (Blue belt)

NO GI Attire
As required by IBJJF. all competitors must wear a rash guard that reflects their belt,
Examples; white sleeves for white belts / blue sleeves for blue belts, or all blue or all white rash guards, short or long sleeve.
Shorts: all Black fight shorts, logos are allowed on both rash guards and shorts, no pocket and zippers allowed (male competitors wear shorts & approved rash guards no T-shirts allowed, female competitors to wear shorts and or leggings and approved rash guards)
Only athletes with the correct attire can compete, no exceptions.

COMPETITORS PLEASE READ
For the enjoyment of all competitors and so the Officials can carry out their functions properly the following venue rules apply, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not comply you will be disqualified.

Venue Rules
1. Medals will be awarded after the divisions has been fought (wear your competition clothes).
2. Do not walk over the barriers and wait for the result before you leave the mat
3.Absolute (Open weight) sign up on the day, depending on numbers Maximum 2 or 3 persons per team.
4.To insure proper hygiene wear your sandals around the venue.
5. There is limited space so competitors must leave the competition area after their match and stay on the waiting mat provided at each end of the mat area. Do not not wait to be asked and do not return unless you have an upcoming match this will be strictly enforced if you are asked more than three times you will automatically be disqualified from the event without further notice.
6. No Coach's or non competitors allowed inside the competition area except for the children.s match's (1 coach only)
7. Baggage area is provided,the venue requires that bags must be placed in this area
8 .Change of clothes , use the change area provided behind the stage, shirts and pants must be worn at all times.
9. We are guests in the SM Mall , please respect the mall and its patron at all times, they have the power to stop the event if we do not adhere to the rules
10. Please follow the instructions giving by all officials and staff , failure to comply can lead to disqualification or even eviction from the mall
