Tomorrow 1/4 13:30 will be our annual belt promotion ceremony. what better way to start 2015 than with a couple of new stripes and possibly a new color around your waist! please feel free to bring your family and friends to this occasion. however, we will kindly ask them to leave the mat area during the "traditional BJJ whipping" that follows. Unlike before, because this time the belt ceremony is in the afternoon, the academy will provide some beers, coke, and snacks (no pizza, sorry), please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks of choice. see you all tomorrow.
another friendly reminder: only water is allowed on the mats and fitness training area. please no food/fruit, no protein shakes, no sports drinks, no coffee, nor anything you may think is ok. thank you!
