2009年5月2~3日，台灣巴西柔術學院學員在菲律賓馬尼拉舉辦的2009泛太平洋寢技聯盟中，表現精湛。

在道袍賽示，台灣巴西柔術贏得第三名團隊賽冠軍，在無道袍賽示，僅僅七位參賽者參加錦標賽，也贏得了第二名。

James：金牌--輕量級藍帶比賽

Vova：銀牌—中量級藍帶比賽；金牌--無差別級藍帶

Demitri：銅牌—輕量級藍帶比賽；銀牌—無差別級藍帶

Isaac：銀牌—次輕量級藍帶比賽；獲頒為錦標賽最佳技巧打者

Dan：首次參賽表現很好，盡力打鬥

Makoto san：金牌--無差別級棕帶

2009年5月3日的無道袍賽-- 台灣巴西柔術學院的團隊賽結果

Isaac：銅牌—次輕量級

Demitri：金牌--輕量級；銅牌—無差別級

James：銀牌—-輕量級

Vova：金牌-- 中量級；金牌--無差別級

Makoto san：金牌—進階輕量級；銅牌—進階無差別級

Jason：金牌-- 進階中量級；銀牌—進階無差別級

Taiwan BJJ pulled off a great showing in the 2009 Pan-Asian Grappling International Tournament, held on May 2-3, 2009 in Manila, Philippines. Taiwan BJJ came away with the 3rd place team trophy in the gi competition and 2nd place in the no-gi event with having sent only seven competitors to the tournament.
